More Satin Bower Bird

A clan/family of Satin Bowerbirds have been visiting us recently.  I was able to capture a few interesting photos today.  Sorry if the images are a tad blurry but most of them were taken through a double-glazed window and the glass on the deck.

The first image is a standard green bird.  It could be a female of any age or a male bird 4 or less years of age.  Note the dark bill.

A light bill means this is an immature male.  As it hasn't started to get blue plumage I reckon it is about 5 years old.
The next few snaps are of cumquat guzzling.

This bird decided that, while tempting, there were easier fruit than this to attack within the bush
An adult male turned up, and after checking out the oranges ...
Hopped on to the lawn and grabbed a lump of greenery.
