Digiscoping

Having got a new phone I have also got the connections needed to attach it to my telescope.  Here are some of the results of my first forays with the new kit.  It is if course a tad tricky with three items to organise: scope phone and connector.  Murphy can have a field day.

The Horse Egret, taken at 100m.

Three Men in a boat taken at 500m.
Goodwin Sands - 2km.  Note the Swans and Pelicans.
Pelicans and a Great Cormorant on Seagull Island from the Mainland (about 120m)

Crested Terns on a sandbar (about 400m from Captain Stevenson's Point).

Australian Pied Oystercatcher near Harrisons Channel (about 500m)
Double Banded Plover (about 400m from the backside of the Point towards Bastion).  This is a pretty small bird to be able to photograph at that distance.
