Caladenia catenata hits its straps

Some years ago the side of Karbeethong Rd was covered with a drift of small white orchids (Caladenia catenata).  Using that term for the current situation would be an exaggeration, but there are quite a few specimens in flower, and lots more in bud,

The red line shows where we found them this afternoon and the red X marks the approximate position of a bush track that is a convenient - and safe - spot to park.

This shows a basic flower.
Zooming in shows the diagnostic yellow tip to the labellum and the pink interior to the column.
A side view shows the calli on the labellum.

We also found one pink version.
